Each month we are going to highlight a couple and would ask that whenever possible you consider them for any services that you might require and mention their banner at the Club if you do get in touch.

Whether you just want to stay a little more active, de-stress your busy life or train hard for a specific event she can help with 1-1 and 2-1 personal training sessions in her private Ansdell studio.
